Up to 3 days before the service for a half-day and up to 1 week before for a full day, the visit is fully refunded, except for expenses related to any entrance tickets and other costs not covered by this policy. 

Beyond these deadlines, the booking is no longer fully refundable.

However, it is possible to agree on a different cancellation policy at the time of quotation. If nothing has been seen, discussed or notified in writing, the above cancellation policy remains valid.
